Web admin

Screen with codeStaff changes, workload, lack of in-house experience, lack of budget… all these things and more can lead to a website which is out of date and in need of a little TLC. Without an external perspective, it’s difficult to know where to start and what your priorities should be - and it can be next to impossible to keep up to date with a site.

I am experienced in day-to-day running of websites, from copy writing and editing to moderation of user-generated content. I’ve used a range of content management systems - and managed the implementation of a few. I’m able to provide support for your website for anything from a day a month to a few hours a week, taking the pressure off your team by doing the mundane, time consuming or technical tasks so you can look at the bigger picture.

Example tasks include:

  • Web stat analysis - weekly or monthly reports on your site’s visitors.
  • Copy writing, editing or proofing - direct into your CMS or provided as a document
  • Comment and user-generated content moderation - deleting spam, removing inappropriate content and flagging potential issues
  • Site checking - checking for dead links, correcting typos and updating time-sensitive pages.

If you’re struggling to keep on top of tasks on your site, get in touch and discuss how I can help - and discounts for longer contracts.
